We are a firm that sell products online and are required to inform you of the availability of the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform to assist you if we are unable to resolve your complaint, this facility will direct you to the alternative disputes resolution (ADR) provider for the firm who in this case is the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and you may therefore wish to contact them directly. Our complaints process
If you're not happy with the service you've received and would like to make a complaint, please get in touch with us. Make sure you include your policy / quote number, as well as your contact details so we can respond to you as soon as possible. Your complaint will be dealt with by our complaints team who will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 days. They'll also share a final response with you within 8 weeks.
If you believe your complaint hasn't been handled appropriately, or you're unhappy with the outcome, it may then be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You'll have 6 months to contact the FOS following your complaint.
If your complaint relates to how we have handled your personal data and you are unhappy with the outcome it may then be referred to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) www.ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
